Goal 2 - Enhance the Impact of Lean Funders:

1 - Equip lean funders with knowledge, tools, and resources to define, evaluate, and advance their philanthropic impact.

2 - Facilitate experiences that lead to meaningful peer connections.

3 - Collect & disseminate data that advances our community's philanthropy and supports Exponent Philanthropy's efforts to champion Catalytic Leadership in Philanthropy (CLIP), racial equity, and disability inclusion.

1 - Clearly articulate & benchmark racial equity and disability inclusion practices among lean funders.

2 - Highlight lean funders who are advancing racial equity and disability inclusion.

3 - Design programs, resources, and connections that advance racial equity and disability inclusion best practices.

4 - Inspire our community to create meaningful change that addresses structural inequities and transforms barriers into opportunities.
